Principal's Message
The Guru Nanak College of Science, Ballarpur was established in the year 1971 as a Unit of Guru Nanak Sewa Samiti (Wirur), Ballarpur. The objective of the college is to spread the ideals of Universal brotherhood, oneness of God, communal harmony and welfare to all communities. The college provides a quiet and ideal setting amidst natural surroundings. The institution admits students as per the government norms.
As the Principal of this college, it is my desire that it should blossom into an ideal college. In this college the youth of the society are trained to assume the duty of the society. The college strives for the development of the individual. It provides equal opportunity to all. It reaches out to the weaker sections of the society through academic, co-curricular and extension activities.
I am looking forward to the betterment of students and the society.

The college was established in 1971 by Guru Nanak Sewa Samiti with moto "विद्या विचरी तां परोपकारी" with a view to impart science education to the rural and semi urban students of Chandrapur and Gadchiroli Districts.

Our Mission
Our Mission was spelt out long ago by the founder of Guru Nanak Seva Samiti Late S. Ajit Singh Soni noted horticulturist. The institution always keen to provide quality higher education to the socially economically deprived and tribal community to the rural areas through dissemination of knowledge.

The Guru Nanak College of Science, Ballarpur was established by the veteran Late Shri Sardar Ajit Singhji Soni, The Founder and the vary first Chairman of “The Guru Nanak Sewa Samiti”, Wirur. Under the able guidance of Shri Sardar Naginder Singh Soni Ji, the Institution “Guru Nanak College of Science, Ballarpur” is flourishing and blooming healthier, brighter and shinier.
The Institution since its inception has helped creating 1000+ success stories as doctors, engineers, diversified professionals and country savers through its Junior College and Senior college initiatives with NCC and NSS Program at Guru Nanak College of Science, Ballarpur, shaping their careers and future endurance ability to stand for nation .
